Learning to dance in the right atmosphere is important; you need to feel comfortable and relaxed. That’s why we have created an intimate studio at the Balanced Heart Well-Being Centre, for small groups and private dance lessons.

Music and dance style
Most love songs and ballads are the dance style; Rumba. It’s also one of the easiest dances to learn. Other dances include; Foxtrot, Waltz, Cha Cha Cha, Tango, Mambo, Jive even Salsa. Or, we can choreograph something special to suit you and your choice of music.

Usually anywhere from 4 to 12 one hour lessons will have you feeling confident and gliding around the dance floor with ease.
